Before you install
Installing on Windows
Open the downloaded installer and follow the installation steps. If Windows displays a warning or you need help installing, contact support.
Get started
Download, register, receive approval, then work.
Register your society in CentraCoop. Once your access is approved, add staff, configure society details and enter opening balances.

Install
Choose Download for Windows above, then open the downloaded installer.
- Step 2
Register
Enter the society ID, society name and individual work email, then verify the six-digit email code.
- Step 3
Activate your access
VUMY reviews your registration. Choose Check approval in the application to see your status.
- Step 4
Open the workspace
After approval, choose Check approval. Add staff and configure society details and opening balances in the fresh Desktop workspace before recording transactions.
Bringing existing records
Moving your society’s existing records?
Contact support to arrange a verified backup and transfer. Keep the previous installation and backup until your balances and records have been checked.
