Before you install

Microsoft Store approval is pending.

Confirm the publisher is VUMY Technologies and the Product ID is 9PL2HT4QM8KK. No separate installer is offered here while certification is pending. If the source or behaviour is unexpected, stop and contact support.

One customer journey

Download, register, receive approval, then work.

This release ships Desktop only. After approval, Desktop creates a fresh society workspace. There is no Demo versus Live choice and no licence key to copy.

  1. Step 1

    Install

    Install CentraCoop from the official Microsoft Store listing once available.

  2. Step 2

    Register

    Enter the society ID, society name and individual work email, then verify the six-digit email code.

  3. Step 3

    Await approval

    VUMY reviews the society, user and device. The app clearly shows that approval is pending.

  4. Step 4

    Open the workspace

    After approval, choose Check approval. Add staff and configure society details and opening balances in the fresh Desktop workspace before recording transactions.

Bringing existing records

Migration is optional.

A fresh society can start directly in Desktop after approval. If you have existing records, contact support to arrange a verified backup and controlled transfer. Keep the previous installation and backup until the transferred balances and records have been checked; do not enter transactions in both copies.
